Herumor, a Black Numenorean and one of the few survivors of the Elder Days, was a direct worshipper of Sauron and other evil Lords. Just after the reign of King Elessar, they became the primary antagonists to the Free Folk of their time. They are a militant cult that was formed shortly after the War of the Ring.
